FM Transmitter using 2N918

In my college days I have made 2 transistor FM transmitter that have a range of 500meter. It works on 3v battery and used 2N918 transistor. The circuit was from the Malayalam magazine "Electronics for you".  I made this circuit on 1995, as my B.Sc Physics, Electronic Project.

Now I am on a project of making 3 transistor FM with 2N2222. Here the first transistor acting as audio amplifier and second one acting as VHF oscillator. Third one acting as buffer /RF amplifier
